Hey Kevin, just wanted to say thanks for helping me order my Jeep the other day. 2-door Wrangler
I was looking for a 2-door Wrangler. I searched extensively but couldn’t find one with the options I wanted. The sales staff at John Hoffer suggested I consider ordering a Jeep. My new Jeep arrived in a little over a month. In addition to getting a great deal, I ended up saving money, as I didn’t pay for options that I didn’t want or need.

Gladiator
The best hassle free new vehicle purchase ever. Salesman was upfront with the price and helped find additional rebates. I was planning on using them to locate a specific Gladiator, but ended up ordering due to lack of stock in surrounding market. The Gladiator came in way before the expected date. Extremely happy with my buying experience and the Gladiator. Highly recommend over Lawrence and KC dealers.

I dealt with Mike Bussart in sales, and you can not ask for a more honest guy. Mike shot straight with me the entire time, and while we weren’t able to put a deal together, this was no fault at all of Mike. (Thanks, interest rates!) Mike and the crew at John Hoffer tried super hard, and I hope to be able to try again with them when the economy sorts out.

I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in today for an oil change and tire rotation. This was my first time using the service department as I purchased my Jeep in Omaha. The service staff and other staff I met while waiting were all very friendly and accommodating. The service was done in an appropriate amount of time and their waiting area was very nice and comfortable. It felt like I was at home in my living room. I will definitely be back for my next service

Mike was amazing to work with for my Jeep purchase! I wasn’t in the area but Mike went above and beyond to get everything needed to ensure a smooth sale. Mike communicated at every step to let me know where we were in the process and ensure I was satisfied with my Jeep decision. When I arrived Mike quickly greeted, asked if I had any questions, showed me the vehicle and said paperwork was ready. Greg F took over and reviewed all of the financial paperwork with me and both Mike and Greg were able to get me a great deal! I literally was out of there in 30 minutes! Afterward, Mike reviewed all of the functions of the Jeep from front to back and informed me of the Jeep way. Definitely happy with this purchase and the level of customer service I received! Our sales person Marlon Jones, was very nice to work with, honest, and went out of this way to accommodate us in purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kevin Hasenkamp, GM was easy to work with and demonstrated his desire to sell us a vehicle. The entire test drive, sales process and delivery of the vehicle was the best car-buying experience we have ever had.
